For the following countries, If you order before 21:00 on working days, you will receive your order tomorrow:

Netherlands
Belgium
Germany
Luxembourg

Delivery on Sundays is not possible. So if you order on Saturday, you will receive your order on Monday.

For the countries listed below it takes 2 to 3 working days.

Denmark
Czech Republic
France
Poland
Austria

1. Go through your track & trace link you received in your email, to the Montareturns page. Click on the contact button at the top right. This way, your order number and address are automatically known to us.
2. Call our logistics customer service during office hours on

Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
For orders over €100.00, shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free. If your order is under €100.00, we will ship your package for €5.95.

Denmark, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, France, Poland, Austria and Slovakia
Shipping to the above countries is €5.95.
